What is Make-it-Yours? MiY is LIW’s social impact enterprise. It combines the very best of what business, sport and a sustainable and unique leadership organisation can offer to transform lives. MiY will inspire, challenge, develop and support people who need a second chance, helping them with vital life skills through the support of volunteer mentors from business. MiY offers an opportunity for businesses which take social responsibility and a commitment to the communities they operate in seriously. It also offers a unique personal and leadership development experience.
